Remain calm. I had one of these once and it's a bit intimidating to face a table full of people all throwing questions at you. Being in front of one stranger is bad enough, but being in front of six or seven... Keep it light, add a little humor when possible, remain professional and poised. Try to remember a few of their names and throw them in the coversation... "Well that question sort of goes back to what I said to Jim...". If they order lunch, order something simple to eat, like a salad. A big sandwich or soup could be messy or a disaster.
Just stay calm and try not to be overwhelmed. Only one of the people there will make the final decision, Try to find out who that is and play to that person.

I have heard in group interviews they are looking for how you work with a team. Don't be totally quiet and also don't dominate. Be a productive member of the team. Contribute what you have and also listen to other people and respect their ideas.
