I have avacado fixtures from the mid-1970's that are chipped and need to be touched up. I have tried Home Depot and Lowes plus numerous websites, including appliance manufactuers and distributors, but without success. Please help if you can...Thanks.

Know what? For what you'd spend on touch-up paint, you can take the doors of your ovens or the top of your stove to a car paint & body shop and get them spray painted cheap! Like, $100 for 3 appliances! You can also do it cheaper yourself w/ a few cans of Krylon. And I'll bet you remove the frame off the sides of your DW (unscrew the screws) inside you will find panels of all different colors you can put on instead of avocado.

Just an idea.
