I had them too after I gave birth of my son .I saw a Dr. about it and he told me that if I plan to have more children I should rub almond oil on my body everyday when pregnant and that should reduce the chances to get them again .
After that when I am all done the only way to get red of them is with laser at his clinic.
My friend did it and the results were great. As for the extra skin you should try to work out I found Pilate really good I lost 15 pound and my boy looks leaner and I feel great

Body builiding won't help the extra skin.

When a person gains weight in a short period of time, the skin obviously stretches. Think of your skin as a rubberband; its resilient, but as it gets older, it starts to lose its elasticity.

If surgery is an affordable option for you, I recommend it, because thats really the only way to lose the extra skin.

Cocoa butter every day will help the stretch marks (and it smells AWESOME). Good luck to you.

Alas.... if you lost the weight too quickly and were not taking appropriate vitamins, the skin is an issue. You may wish to consider plastic surgery. Consult you physician. Some hospitals will take the skin and use it for graphs on burn victime.

As for the stretch marks... again plastic surgery (laser) is the only way to get rid of them unless you are willing to let them fade over time.

Good luck.

Just do a lot of aerobic type exercises and drink lots of water. The stretch marks won't go away but will fade with time. In extreme cases some people need to have plastic surgery to remove excess skin that won't naturally tighten up.

You can't get rid of stretch marks, but you can help them fade. Using Palmer's Coca Butter Formula, or just cocoa butter lotion will help. Extra skin may snap back over time, but otherwise there's not a lot you can do other than plastic surgery, which is pretty radical.

well what i would do is work out (try to do at least 50-75 crunches every night and that will tighten up your stomach muscles) and do other stuff like running ever day no matter how short or how far of a distance you just need to get your body use to exercising. and as far as strech marks go i heard co-co butter works miracles.
