I believe that you need to speak with your County Clerk's office. They should be able to issue you a new one. Same as with birth certificates.

Depending on the state you live in, a copy can be found at your local city hall. But it's only a copy and doesn't look like the original usually.

Assuming you were married in the US, contact the county recorder of the county the marriage license was issued in and you were married in.

Go to the office that you filed it at, and you can get a certified copy of it. At some offices, the first copy is free.
