Convert it into a bar, set it in your living room and have the puppets serve the drinks! Cheers!

Well, if you have any kids you should put on some puppet shows for them OR you could go to the park and charge little kids 50 cents to see a puppet show! Or even better, make it a puppet holder! And lastly, you can stick fire crackers up the puppet and on the next 4th of july you can blow them up! Ok now I'm just being silly -.-'

Maybe you could sell it on ebay if shipping isn't too expensive. They have one at the daycare where I work and the kids love it - maybe donate it if you just want to get rid of it.
If you live near a Traders or other similar place, you may be able to sell it. You might get $25-30 for it.

If you don't have a place for it... donate it to a local children's group, church, library, school, etc. Take the tax deduction. If you do have a place for it and children who would enjoy it... use it.
Of course, you could always sell it in a garage sale.
This is a great gift that someone thought you could use. If not, thank them and do what is best for you.

Put on a pornographic sock puppet version of Masterpiece Theatre. You can star as Alistair Cooke! (Oh the puns and double entendres we could do with that one...)

Put a little show together and take it to a children's hospital or hospice and entertain the children. You're thinking about yourself -think about someone else.
