Unfortunately, I afford the high medical expenses here in the Philippines so I am enduring this sickness for a long time. But I cannot deny that I am afraid the possible outcome of my endurance. Can you give me signs that this sickness is life threatening and I need to go to hospital?

most common signs of severe dehydration (that require a trip to the emergency room) are:

no urine output for 8 or more hours
a fever of any kind
dry mucous membranes-mouth,inner eyelids
severe diarrhea or vomiting-if you are unable to keep fluids down for more than four hours
faintness/dizziness
passing out requires you to call for help immediately!!

Oh my god, please don't pay attention to some of these suggestions :s...but diabetes may be a concern also. You might also have an infection. Are you experiencing any other discomforts??? You might have to go to see a medical provider and at least rule out an infection, as that usually doesn't get better on it's own. Try taking some tylenol and drinking gatorade or similar and see if that doesn't help out until you get to a doctor.

Drink water a little bit at a time. If you throw up, go to the hospital.

Strange question: quit typing and drink water with an electrolyte balance until you spend so much time urinating clear urine that you can't get anything else done...you won't be dehydrated then.
