Is there any place where i can find flash artists that are willing to collaborate with a writer?

I've allways been fasinated with flash ever since the genesis of newgrounds, but i have never had the artistic skill (drawing wise) to animate. But i love writing stories and i would love to work with someone to bring these stories to life. thought it would be a pretty neat idea.
