idk about the second off the top of my head but i know plasma is not a new state of matter. It's the fourth state beyond gas where the electrons in atoms get even more kinetic energy and are therefore in even farther orbitals. Fire is an example of plasma. It's hard to maintain plasma state with the usual conditions on earth but its actually the most common physical state around the universe.

plasma is a state of matter where the atoms are at a higher energy state.. passing electricity through gases creates plasma.(under specific conditions). i am not sure bout siustein.
