make crank phonecalls to local businesses, go streaking in the rain and see how long it takes for the police to show, throw stuff at passers by then hide, go to the shop and buy some stuff to make a nice cake or just buy a bottle of cheap wine and get sozzled (it will make all of the above much more appealing)!!

I believe you can watch TV and go to the pool. Try looking for a bar with some games or go to an arcade.
