Well I'm in my 20's and I'm 5'3... so I would say Not at all! But, I am quite short. She is most likely at a perfect height for her age because she will grow a little more over the next few years.

that sounds perfect to me cuz she's gonna grow a bit more which will put her at a perfect height if she refrains from smoking which retards growth i am told

no way your probably boing to grow to be about 5'5 and anyway my mom is exactly 5'3 and she looks perfect hight to me and plus boys like short girls with big features
