The last 8-track tapes by major recording companies was probably from Record & Tape clubs in 1988 like RCA & Columbia House. The last 8-track from the Columbia Record Club 8-track was Chicago XIX, shipped in 1988. There are reports of bootleg 8-track tapes being made in Mexico as late as 1995. Some independent artists have released 8-track tapes as late as 2004.

There's a company in CA that sells everything on 8 track, and BETA. They should be ez to find.
