Dont have one, simply go for the fit and comfort, sometimes its a no name brand that does the trick.
I don't buy into names because my personal comfort is more important than some designer "who is who" that don't know or give a rats a..s..s about me

Converse is my personal favorite when it comes to the styles of comfortable shoes and fashionable design regarding color and art and I really like the high tops because it tends to stabilize my ankle. From what I can tell Converse is more of a fashionable sneaker designed for active individuals and though it may come across as more of a shoe for the male gender, I as a 32 year old female like them just as well. It all really comes down to what style of life a person has chosen. Someone in the business world would probably be less likely seen in a Converse store than someone who is interested in the scene of something like skateboarding. Most of those seen wearing Nike's are into sports like basketball or simply the comfort of walking. That is why they chose the saying "just do it". Again it is based on simply style and comfort depending on what you are doing at the time. I once purchased a wonderful pair of Aerosoles boots that were so comfortable regarding my field of work in sales on a hard wood floor that I got so much use out of them at a reasonable price to where I wore holes in them until I was forced to let them go. Even as a female, I seek comfort when it comes to shoe brands not just styles and namesakes. But like I said, I am like your friend, and give good ole Converse a high two thumbs up.

even although i'm a woman... i like adult males's trucks! My ft do not in nice condition female's anymore so i did not understand what to do and that i became to the trucks and they thoroughly my form and they bypass with something. Plus they make my ft seem lots smaller. i'm getting them at favourite shoes and a trucks outlet save.
