lol now i know im not a guy...sorry about that but the answer to ure question is that u need to start shaving when the hair on ure face begins to get longer n darker, it may be thicker aswell.

If it makes you feel happy to shave, why not do it regardless whether there is much hair? It isn't harmful, so why not go for it?

whenever your facial hair grows to around a few millimeters. any less and youll be scraping skin off.
