It's not just one that is the problem. So removing one won't solve anything.
We didn't start the problems. But we're stuck with cleaning them up, because the rest of the world lacks the balls to do it. And them we take flack for DOING the work, because we're not doing it to the standards of everyone else. *shrugs* For my money, get rid of anyone that doesn't help us. What good are they? They contribute nothing to the welfare of the rest, and whine when they don't get all they think they should have. We should become an isolationist nation again, and let the rest of the damned planet go plunk to hell. After their economies collapse, we walk in, restore order and get on with the business of living day to day.

I would remove China. If the world should ever get into another World War they would be the biggest threat. And even now they back some of those who threaten us the most... think N Korea.

Tajikistan, its the poorest country in the world.
They literally just sit around and die every morning.
I would at least consider it a favor to erase them from the annuls of time.

What do you mean by country: territory or people? Or both?
Climate warming removes some of them little by little and many people contribute to such process already.
