any tips 4 puttin in tampons....plzzz dont tell me 2 read the box or instructions...im talkin about other tips that u might hav come across

Make sure that you get it in far enough or it is not comfortable and sometimes even painful.
Also make sure you are using the right size for you...not too big.
And wash your hands!

Try the new small or slender size. That may help you at first. Also, the Tampax Pearl tampons are easier to insert!

my biggest one would be to RELAX, the more tense and uptight you get the more it will hurt, just take your time. Try standing with one leg on the toilet seat.
