I was supportin Serbia and Montenegro to progess with Ivory Coast or Holland, but they disappointed me. I have faith though that they will do better in 2010 when they are placed with Cameroon Australia and 2006 2nd placed team Italy.

I agree, they had some really talented players like Kezman, Stankovic, Dragutinovic, Koroman, Ilic, Vidic, and Milosevic. They should have actually won a game and maybe draw a couple. They shouldn't have came in last. It would have been doubtful for them to go through with Argentina and the Netherlands in that group. But they could have gotten some stinking points.

Serbia-Montenegro and Croatia puzzled me. They had many good players. Those teams should had a much better showing.

How you would play knowing the country your representing no longer exists? Even if they won the WC it would mean nothing because the country was split. I think they were very very unmotivated, worried about their home. For a country to split in two the environment must be pretty hostile there.
