Dependant upon the materials used You could make a reasonable yurt yourself for about £600 Using the wood frame (kerege) latticed felted and over canvas. 18ft dia.

I'd say about $2000... but it depends on a lot of factors, like where it is, what sort of temperatures you need it to withstand, how high of quality you want the finish to be etc.
