"He's torn between...?" What is he torn between? If he sought you out [recently] there could be bigger issues at play. He could be looking for an "out" in his current relationship. Trying to re-establish a sense of security [with someone he was previously secure with (if that was the case)]. If he sought you out when you initially left and now you're doing the seeking, it may be best to leave the situation as-is. Of course this all depends on when he sought you out (immediately following your leaving the relationship or was it more recently). Bottom line is that there's very little need to get involved right now, especially considering the ramifications - divorce, custody battle, etc. Maybe one of the psychologists on here will give you a more educated answer.

Not to be mean-but, this man is married with a baby. Leave him alone. If he does leave his wife, he will regret it. Don't do that to an innocent child. Do you only want him back because he is with someone else? Please-leave him alone. Besides, if he would cheat on or leave his wife for you, what makes you think he wouldn't do the same if you were with him?

leave him along u dirty beeooch. leave the past where it is. in the past. dont break up a happy family over your selfish needs. think of the kid ans spouse involved. even if u do have feeling. i still think about people from my past too and im married myself. but i leave it there because of my family and i love what have. stop thinking of yourself. even if u tried to start a "friendship only" u know as well as i do. both of you'll end up sleeping around then ya'll be saying how much of a mistake u made. dont break up a happy home!

Why are you trying to get back into his life. He obviously moved on. I can't believe you. Women can be so selfish when they want something THEY CAN'T HAVE. It's just coincidence that YOU THINK his wife looks like you...I'm sure she doesn't. He got over you, which was probably difficult, and now he has and has a good life and you are going to f*** it up.

Let sleeping dogs lie. How would you feel if you were the mother of that 9 month old baby and your husband left you for someone else? You would feel broken. You left him for a reason...remember that? I would say find someone else and try to move on with your life.

So you get to choose between doing what you know is the right thing and doing the selfish thing.
I suppose it just depends on the kind of person you are.
