Just be friendly! Greet them in the morning, say "hi" as you pass their desk, ask them about their weekend; try to find some common ground: do they like sports, movies, traveling? Do they have little "trinkets" on their desk that could start up a conversation? Be careful though, workplace ROMANCES can be a big no-no in some companies and may even require that one of you leave the job if it gets to that point! Just be kind and start it slow...as a friend; new friends are always great to have especially interesting, intelligent, trustworthy ones!

First: make sure my nose is clean.
Second: Spray some of that cool water to smell good.
Third: Run through a script in my head.
Four: Approach
Five: Think postive thoughts
Six: say 'hi, how are you today?' (that is 5 words to add to the 2)
Seven: Wait for a response (hopefully)
Eight: Take it from there :)

You don't mean you LIKE the person, because you don't have a relationship with that person.
You do mean you are ATTRACTED to that person. That's all.
The next step is to become "friends"...a relationship sucks without the element of "friendship"...(without that you'll only have attraction, and that doesn't last long term without anything else).
Attraction without friendship and trust, etc, is like a hotdog without mustard or ketchup.
Tasty, but not great.
To make a friend
first BE a friend.
That will get you started

Compliment them. That is the easiest way to get on their radar. But be sincere about it. I met my soon to be husband at work. Oh and give it time we didn't start going out until I knew him for about a year.

Flirt, Flirt, Flirt, Smile, Smile, Smile. Body lanuage speaks louder than words. He'll get the message, then the ball is in his court, just hope he throws it back.

Well I think it might be best to move on.. If they don't talk to you, maybe the feelings are not mutual.
