I did not want any of the semi-finalists to win, but I think Germany were the more deserving - under Jurgen they threw off their boring tag and played attacking attractive football, which is more than can be said for the others - as far as I have seen no cheating either!

Why should I be? I am only happy when my team wins. One more thing. Every time anybody mentioned home field advantage. I stated that in my many years of playing and watching football, I never seen a fan score a goal.

I was VERY happy that the Germans lost. :) Some people would call it karma. I'd call it getting an overinflated ego and then finding out you're just not that good and you only got this far because you're the home team and your opponents were easy to beat (all except Argentina and Italy).

Only because Podolski did that mind-numbingly stupid Nazi salute. Kid should know better than to do that when Germany has fought so hard to make sure the Neo-Nazis had no presence at the cup.

Sad ! I wish they had won, but now both teams left, Italy or France, deserve it. I'm just glad Portugal didn't dive into the final. Yes, Totti, Ballack and Henry can dive as well, but it's not the credo of the whole team.

It was so satisfying to see all of those germans cry I mean really they couldn't hold on for 2 min in OT? they deserved to lose. Go Italy beat those friggen French bastards
