I usually go to the restroom to get it out, instead of sitting there in public trying to get it.

depends on the time and place.....if i am on a date in the movies and its popcorn i might make a suggestion.......lol but if i am out to dinner i go to the restroom.....or if i am at work

If it is not noticeable I try to jiggle it out or just go to the restroom and take care of business.

Depends on where I am and what fell down there! If it was something slimey or that I thought was disgusting I'd just pull it out right away. If it was something smaller and less noticable then I'd probably wait.
