When Gemini and Libra come together in a love affair, they enjoy a great relationship based on intellectual interests and mental agility. Dual-natured Gemini loves Libra's balance, and Libra is always entertained by the chatty, brainy Twins. Libra loves art and beauty while Gemini loves the beauty of an idea, but these loves aren't far off from one another.
Both Gemini and Libra have a great deal of mental energy. They can come up with all sorts of great ideas when they work together, and Libra has the get-up-and-go needed to put their ideas into action, a quality which Gemini tends to lack. In fact, in the birth of an idea Gemini is better at pontification than direction, but this is a valuable contribution to Libra's mental process. Both Signs share a need for intellectual freedom, which they can certainly provide for one another.
Libra is ruled by the Planet Venus (Love) and Gemini by the Planet Mercury (Communication). Libra and Gemini work well together; they combine the forces of love and communication. As Libra prizes harmony with their lover almost above all else, Gemini won't be able to indulge their love of a good, hearty debate too often; Libra would rather do almost anything than argue.
Both Libra and Gemini are Air Signs. Gemini loves Libra's energy and has no trouble keeping up when Libra is off and running with a new idea, art project or other pursuit. Both Signs have wide-ranging interests, giving them great material for provocative discussion.
Gemini is a Mutable Sign and Libra is a Cardinal Sign. Libra likes a position of leadership in a relationship. They most often come up with the date ideas, for example, and flexible Gemini's happy to go along -- as long as it's okay to change their minds at the last minute. Libra tends to initiate things but has trouble finishing them; Gemini is so adaptable, they won't mind switching gears on a moment's notice and moving on to something else if Libra gets bored.
What's the best aspect of the Gemini-Libra relationship? Their ability to work together as an intellectual team. Together they can expose each other to new and different points of view and areas of interest, and help one another open up their worlds.

Gemini & Libra are very compatible. Actually, Gemini & Libra are traditionally the best match for each other. Both are air signs. However, my ex was a Libra (I'm a Gemini) & although we got along great we were both too easy going & not ambitious enough to move forward.

Love Compatibility of Gemini with Libra
Geminis and Libras have a lot in common - you're both well-mannered and want to change the world. Although you may be a little faster with a clever reply, your Libra's sense of style is unmatched. Creativity is important to both of you, and you can find success and long-term happiness by working together in the arts - either visual arts, music or writing. You both have good taste, although your style is a little more eclectic than Libra's. If you moved in together, your living space would have an air of sophistication and harmony - just like your relationship

Both Libra and Gemini are air signes and you will definately be on the same wave length. Same element signs will have an unspoken understanding and simply connect which is quite liberating.
A successful relationship is not only based on compatible sun signs, but it's worth looking at connections to the Ascendant, Moon, Venus, Mars and the 7th house (relationship area).

Libra & Gemini
When Air meets Air, love is a breeze. This refreshing, carefree duo sparkles with optimism. Gemini's sociability reinforces Libran elegance. In the outer world, they are graceful and entertaining dancing partners, complementing and understanding each other perfectly. They love communication, outings, travel, surprises. Libra appreciates the conjugal bond, but is delicate enough to let Gemini decide for him or herself. In any case, their daily life together is such a joy they are inseparable...

This is such bull!!!!! I am a Libra, and have been married to a Gemini for 14 + years. He is lazy, selfish, bully, dishonest, secretive, a cheater, a liar, and abusive! I run circles around him physically, even sick now. He insists on controlling everything, never wants to talk. Doesn't kiss me but maybe 10 times a year. Sex is about 3-4 times a year.

It's great! It's almost like they are the "other side" or "the other half" to each other.
In most cases they fit together in every aspect like a puzzle.
It's at least worth following for awhile to see where it goes.
