I am a very small person, I ware a size 0 and have very long legs. I can never find dressy clothes that fit, and are cheap. If I ever find something dressy that fits is costs way to much. I really need some new clothes, were can I get them.

I wear a size two. I'm tall, and I have the same problem. I shop at the clearance sales at Ann Taylor because they have clothes that will fit me, and they have great sales.

Long Elegant Legs is the best place I have found. They are a bit pricey, but I have a 38" inseam and they fit that and drag the ground! (Yay!) They have jeans, sweats, slacks and dressy stuff as well as pajama sets (with x-long inseams!). Their website is: http://www.tallwomensclothes.com/... I think they start at a size 5, but maybe they have a smaller size and I just haven't noticed.
Their sale prices are pretty good and sometimes you can find them on ebay. Search under Long Elegant Legs and L.E.L or LEL for the best search return.
Also, Rocky Mountain Jeans come in X-long lengths and go down as small as a size 0 and 2... you can find those in western wear stores and on ebay. Search for Rocky Jeans, Rockies or Rocky Mountain Jeans. Look for the long and X-long inseams.
I haven't tried these others, but a tall friend also recommends Alloy.com and Buckle Jeans.

i know how you feel im 5'4 and have long legs and i am the same i shop at
the body shop,charlotte-russe, wetseal, rave, etc.... and there clothes fit me well the have a size 0 too i wear and 3 tho but when i wore a 0 i shoped there and the clothes are very cute and trendy and not very expensive

what you could do is buy the smallest size of clothes that comes close to the size you need, then take it in to get altered or sized to fit you...

my daughter has the exact same problem. she is the same size as you.
we finally found that clothes in the wet seal actually fit her.
the only problem is getting them before everyone else.
you can order from them online also. good luck

Omg, there are size zeros like everywhere.. if you want *not too cheap or expensive but are cute* pants hollister and ae.. are cuute.. or just look online for cheaper ones:)
