I added the site to my windows to allow popups - no dice; what is ypopupblocker.dll?

That should be the yahoo pup-up blocker found on the yahoo tool bar.

Mine is located at:
c:\program files\yahoo!\browser\ypopupblocker.dll

You could have a popup blocker as part of a toolbar, such as Yahoo or Google. Be sure both of these allow the site as well.

Hi, you can try firefox browser.

it can block any annoying popup ads. it can prevent most of the virus in the webpage, as you know, most of the virus is spread through internet.

firefox is more safe and run faster than IE.
