My tomato plant has about 50-60 tomatoes of good size, but the color is still green. Its been like that for almost 2 weeks. Should I wait till the color turns red?

let them turn red. in the fall, before it frosts, you can pick them green and they will ripen in a cool place. But for now, they will taste much better vine ripened.

You can pick dark yellow tomatoes and allow them to ripen on the counter.
