I checked, and the only Johnathan on the ITF Juonior World Rankings top 100 is Johnathan Eysseric from France. If you are him, then by all means, drop out and go for it. You have a future. But I'm pretty sure if you were him, you already know that you are going pro, so I assume you are just some daydreaming kid that isn't even good enough to win a point against half of the tour pros. You are wasting your time. You're just an above average player at best. The only way for you to become a pro is go to college and have a miraculous, astronomical improvement there.

well, u just said ur "very good", but how good? Are u ranked in your youth division?, played a lot of tournaments? once u know that, then decide.
However, if ur life goal is to become a pro, then go for it, but just know there are a lot of good tennis players out there. It all depends on how much u love the game, and how hard ur willing to work to get w/e u goal is.

It's great you want to do that... but drop out of school? No. That would be a very bad move on your part. If you are as talented as you say, still going to school shouldn't be a problem, and there are still after school practices you can still join.

Stay in school, go on to college and play on a college team. College tennis offers free coaching and possible free scholarships to attend. Plus you get an education too, not bad in case you get injured and need another profession. While in College you can play Challenger and Satelite events.

If you are in college and almost done you can try. If you believe that you are talented enough you can try. Once you are in it, you are in it for the long run. It will get expensive and it won't be easy. Good luck. I think that you should go for it.
