can I use more, or do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I do it again? This is my first time using it, and I want to make sure I do it right, so I don't get a rash or anything else.

Oh, and I have a few scratches and scabs on my legs... Will it affect them at all? Or should I just go around them?

Veet is a really good product because I use it about... twice a week so I'm kinda sure that you don't have to be afraid of anything but remember:
do not sunbath whitin 24 hours
do not use any product whit perfume whitin 24 hours

It's best to wait 24 hours and see how your skin reacts. If no reaction, then go ahead and do the whole area. Rinse thoroughly.
