Should i wear a cup when i play baseball?

absolutely-- I was a baseball coach for 13 years. I have seen many freak things happen on the diamond not only during the games but also at practice. Yes wear it just because. I would not let kids on the field with out one.

Having been reduced to tears after getting hit in the cup, I don't even want to think about what would have happened without having it on. There is nothing macho about not wearing a cup.

I wore a Cap, but, not a Cup. But, it could help protect your "Family Jewels". Also, running and jumping it hold everything better, like a woman wearing a good Sports Bra for support.

Trust me, you don't want to get hit there with a baseball! Wear one, at practice, at games, whatever.

Yes, Yes, Yes!!! Put it this way, in the short term thinking, you will avoid much pain if you're hit, and in the long term thinking, ask yourself, Do you want children someday?

If you play second, third, or shortstop, I would wear one because sometimes those short hops can catch you off guard then you'll catch it in the nuts
