the only one i know the name to is la yorona (is that the right spelling?) its not my favorite one. my fav is one my 6th grade teacher told me years ago and it was about staying the night in a haunted room. if you wanna kno it e-mail me and ask for the whole thing. i probably would be able to give you the main idea just not into the words she told it in. it was really scary. there was also this thing on the net about a girl that commited suicide but before she did, she drew a portrait with so much sadness that even a few people who looked at the picture commited suicide as well, and they say that the picture is haunted and stuff too.

I always dig the stories from all of the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark books. Think my fave was "Harold."

The one about the (real) witch in the bible, who King Saul went
to, and was condemned by God for doing so. She was called the
witch of Endor. He (Saul) killed a lot of them, too. Now THAT'S
scary!
