thanks for all the good answers, but my doc is not sure about taking the BC pills. i have started with ayurvedic medicine, that is Vitex and a Liver tonic to regulate them. Just keeping my fingers crossed, i had the problem of irregular period sicne i was young, and because my periods ae irregular i have a tendency to put on weight due ti irregularity.
I do exercise and iam very conscious about my Diet too, pleae tell me that realyy eating papaya will help or not.

Do what the physician says. Your body is taking a course off the natural path and bc pills will regulate you. Try them for a while. After you are regulated, go back to the physician and ask for other alternatives.
If you are trying to get pregnant, do worry about it for now until after you have conceived.

Do you want to get pregnant? You need to listen to your doctor he knows best. Being on a Birth Control Pill will get your cycles regular. Listen to the Doctor. Get on and stay on BC pills for 6 months and then stop them if your cycles are normal then. Try then to have a baby if you and your spouse are 100% sure you both want and can care for a child physically, emotionally, and securely.

That's about the only thing right now, try them for a short time...another suggestion and this is true..find a friend who has regular cycles...spen as much time as possible with thm and maybe your cycle will sync..people who spend a lot of time together tend to menstruate at the same time. Good luck

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/IuyR3

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/CGgWN
Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.
Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.
Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
