Nimrod is the name given to those that do "stupid" things. Nimrod is a person in the Bible which did "stupid" things. So, hence the name Nimrod given to modern day people. It is funny how people use words but do not know where the word comes from or what it means. It is also funny that these words comes from the Bible without some people knowing it.

Actually the word originally referred to a hunter, but has been used for many years to call someone a loser. How its definition change came to be -I don't know.
