Clearly the Jedi would win. The Jedi could hide from superman indefinitely using the Jedi mind trick. Xray vision would not help against Superman's own mind. The Jedi wouldn't fight superman until he found some kryptonite. Once he found some, he would cut superman's head off.

Yeah I agree with that guy, superman does have a weakness and a Jedi has the force and can sense when someone is coming even someone as fast as superman. But then again if they are on the same side why would they be fighting each other? Unless like in smallville superman has put on the red krytonite ring and is bad momentarily.

The jedi simply because he would not go into intense battle with Superman without being prepared. He would have cryptonite on his arsenal, render him weakless, and split him in two. It might take a while to cut through his skin but it could be done.

the jedi would suffocate superman with the awesome powers of the force. though y a jedi would do that is beyond me

First, I don't think they would fight because they're both on the side of justice.
But, since superman couldn't be hurt - even by a laser sword, and he DOES have heat vision, super speed, super strength, etc, then superman would most likely win.

A jedi, he has the force and he could use kyrptonite and there is nothing to use against the mighty jedi except prayer and the dark side!

just have yoda stick some kryptonite in his light saber and he would own up. Plus he can dodge supermans heat vision and wont allow him to get close enough to crush him.
