They can. There is a bit of skin that can tear, it's called the hymen. If it does tear, it can bleed a bit, not a lot. Just enough to be noticed.

Some do, but not all girls. If your hymen has already been broken then you won't bleed, or you'll only see a tinge of blood when you go to the bathroom, but if it's still intact then there is a great chance that you will bleed. It won't last more than a minute though.

If the hymen is torn or never there then no. If it is but has lots of holes yes. I bled for two days, and some women have to be surgically opened as there are no holes to help with the breaking.
