Ok, the smiles a good sign but lets not jump the gun right into professing your love. Try to get to know her...maybe a dinner date....maybe the movies...spend some time with her and get to know her....then you can tell her how you feel but not too soon....some girls son't want a guy to immediately gush all over them...it makes you seem needy.

Well - you could continue to love her from a distance and never know for sure if she feels the same way or you could let her know that you love her and know for sure either way.
Like they say - The only regrets I have in life are the things I didn't do.

If it's someone you normally don't talk to I wouldn't come out with the "I love you's" just yet. Take it slow. If it's someone your dating then just say it, you never know what the future holds, life can change in a split second. You will regret if you never get to tell her that you love her.
