How can you get over it? If your guy cheated on you (had an emotional affair) and you wanted to work things out but the thought that he did that keeps going through your head, what would you do? it has been 1 1/2 months since it happened and it was through myspace. he doesnt talk to those women over there but it just hurts that he did that. he is the 3rd boyfriend that has done that to me. we have been together for 4 yrs, we are 23 years old. i try not to think about it but i just never thought he would do that to me since he knew what i had been through (2 previous relationships that the guy physically cheated on me) everyday has been better but its just driving me nuts! would you ever be able to get over it?

It will never work if u can't regain trust, if u can then u maybe could move pass this, But if not you should let him go and find someone better

Sounds like you have a pattern with guys that cheat on you. Perhaps you need to look at yourself and ask yourself why do you attract these type of guys?
I don't mean to come off too blunt with you. But it looks like a pattern with you and guys.
I say get rid of the guy and focus on yourself. Do what you can to lift your self esteem for beginners. Concentrate on you, get comfortable with being alone, and don't accept crap from a guy that isn't willing to respect you.

dont make it a habit telling yo new dude that the other one cheated me.now live the guy whose just cheated on him cuz no matter what udo u will never 4get that he cheated.the next guy that comes yo way, get to know him, c how he reacts around other women,u've had the experince, u know better,try a different guy,if you met him in a pub,trying meeting ayour new one,say the" i dont party type
