To know if cartman is fat, Watch a few south park episodes and when he falls down, If he can't get up alone, he is fat. If he can get up alone, he's big boned.

He says big boned but the gang says fat, I have to agree with the gang. Cartman is just diluting himself if he thinks he can eat like that and not be fat. Poor guy....

Cartman is actually a giant twinkie disguised as a boy and has an enormous amount of cream filling. One good squeeze should solve the problem and wipe our world hunger in the process.

He's fat. Did you see the episode where Stan and Kyle crucified him and left him on the cross for three weeks. When they went back to check on him all of his fat was eaten away and he was really skinny.
