i have blue/green eyes and fair skin. what colors would be best for me?

olive greens, deep blues, darker pink shades, and peach colors would come across as beautifully in your situation. Those with fair skin tones need to stay away from colors such as yellows because it tends to make them appear lighter than what they already are. Now depending on your hair color also factors in regarding color. Colors such as reds look exceptionally well on blondes. Now keep in mind, everyone has there own opinions when it comes to the wheel of colors, this is only my suggestion.

I have the same color eyes. Sometimes a nice pale green pulls out the green in your eyes, or do the same with pale blue. or if you want to spice it up, take these three colors, green, red, and white, put the green on the bottom of your eyelid, put the red above that and then blend it all together with the white, it looks really good! trust me

Some it depends on the tint of your skin. Are you pale with a yellow undertone or a pink one? Rich blues, greens, and reds. I don't think that anyone, ever, looks good in yellow. Browns usually look good on people, especially the lighter tones, like beige and taupe. If you have a digital camera, take some pictures of yourself in different colors. It helps you get a better, more honest view of what you look like rather than a mirror.
