What I mean by this is that does anyone know of a device that can be fitted permanently into the vaginal wall to prevent semen from entering the fallopian tubes, but still enjoy sex?

There are condoms for women. They fit inside the vagina, but they are NOT permanent.

You can insert a device in the uterus called an intrauterine device to stop conception but not in the vaginal wall. It stays there for a few years. The vaginal wall has nothing to do with conception.

A friend of mine decided not to have children and she had a "T-Bar"(?) implanted into her uterous. She said that it is some kind of metal thing and if she decides later in life to have it removed so she can have children, she has that option.
