Any of these should work:
Spray hair spray on the ink marks and wipe with a damp sponge
OR
Spray WD40 onto a paper towel and rub gently on the ink marks..Do not spray directly on the wall.
OR
Rub the ink marks with a soft damp cloth and baking soda in gentle circular motions
OR as a last option
Nail polish remover on a cotton swab(do not try this as a first option as certain paints tend to fade or come out with it)

mr clean makes a sponge that can pretty much take anything off walls especially permanent ink. I know my son got a hold of a sharpie pen and scribbled over my just newly painted walls.

Depending on what kind of paint is on the wall, Mr. Clean eraser seems to work great.
