Any of these should work:

Spray hair spray on the ink marks and wipe with a damp sponge

OR
Spray WD40 onto a paper towel and rub gently on the ink marks..Do not spray directly on the wall.

OR
Rub the ink marks with a soft damp cloth and baking soda in gentle circular motions

OR as a last option
Nail polish remover on a cotton swab(do not try this as a first option as certain paints tend to fade or come out with it)

mr clean makes a sponge that can pretty much take anything off walls especially permanent ink. I know my son got a hold of a sharpie pen and scribbled over my just newly painted walls.

Depending on what kind of paint is on the wall, Mr. Clean eraser seems to work great.

You might try Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser. It has worked for things i never expected it to. All my children use it too.

Spray some hairspray on it and wipe with a cloth. Works with clothes.
