it might be cheaper.. but you should value yourself and her more than money- if you guys aren't happy and it can't be worked out then why not divorce and be happy and out a few thousand dollars?
~*~ Personally, I wouldn't want anything from the man that cheated on me.. Child support is one thing, but half his retirement for life?? That's not yours-- just because you married an idiot you don't deserve to be rewarded for it.. move on with your life.. the best way to "get even" is to move on and not let it bother you- be happy and in 10 years when his NEW relationship is failing know that you and your children are doing better than him-- and when you start grubbing for money and there's kids involved you have to stop and think about how its affecting them- you are BOTH their parents- I'm sure they don't like the idea of mom and dad fighting over money and who gets the house, car, etc when their little worlds are crumbling.. people can be so selfish.

Oh yeah! I got the house, the stocks, all the stuff in the house. the BMW, a great child support settlement and... best of all, 20% of his retirement for LIFE.... now he doesn't have a dime on his pocket and even owes the shirt off his back.... I guess that he should have though about that before cheating..
So now you know girls.... don't get mad...GET EVERYTHING!
