Mine met my parents 3 weeks before I met him and they loved him!

The first time i ever took a boyfriend home 2 meet my parents went great with my mum but it was tragic with my dad. He always ends up chucking them out and i mean literally. The worst thing is they never do anything wrong he just flips out lol.
Actually it always goes like that and it doesn't matter who i take home my dad wont like anyone.
When I'm in relationships now i choose not to take them home well not to my dad its better that way cause its saves stress and arguments.
Why how did it go for you?

It went fine. We went to dinner with them. I'm sure the boyfriend was a bit nervous since my dad can be intimidating. But it went fine, my parents like him and he seems to like them. That was almost 3 years ago now.

oh that was a disaster my dad couldnt stand my ex though he kept it civil for my sake (as i said he is now my ex so he did get it right lol. I think dads are always protective of their daughters

BOTH MY PARENTS DIED WHEN I WAS YOUNG BUT WHEN MY GIRLFRIEND[NOW WIFE] FIRST MET THE REST OF MY FAMILY EVERYTHING WAS JUST GREAT, THEY ALL WELCOMED HER AND ACCEPTED THAT IT WAS MY CHOICE WHO I WOULD BE WITH.
