I hope you made copies of the receipt and UPC code and rebate certificate. ALot of times there are website printed on the rebate certificate where you can go to a website and check your status. Keep up on it because I think alot of times, the companies drop the ball or try to get out of paying you the cashback offers. Best of luck. If you did not make copies, GO to the store where you purchased the phone they may help you to keep your business.

just hoping you had the right mind to have save a copy of that receipt and/or proof of purchase. you can always try to get in touch with the outlet/seller to give you a contact number to follow up on that rebate you need. [usually takes them 2-4 months before they send you anything. (sucks, right?). But i think it's deliberate - considering that you might forget about it by that time]. they might ask you to send either one - the receipt and /or the proof of purchase. good luck on your quest.

if the 4 weeks has passed and you have called and spoken to supervisors and not just the CSR and u arent getting a answer call the attorney generals office in your state or fill out the online complaint form and submit it against the company.Also keep bugging them ull get it...
