Use an undereye lightening cream. Then use a concealer that comes with a primer - usually a yellow kind of cream that'll neutralize the dark circles. Apply it first and let it dry completely before applying the concealer.

Bad news...nothing is going to totally eliminate your dark circles. I've got 'em too, but believe me, no one notices them as much as you!
First make sure you're using a good eye cream. I have tried a bunch, and Clinique Repairwear has worked wonders for me!
If you are puffy under your eyes, try using a cool gel mask, cucumber slices, or chamomile tea bags to reduce puffiness.
Do NOT use a yellow concealer...you'll have to blend a flesh-toned concealer over it anyway and it is very hard to hide the yellow all day! Try one with some light-reflecting particles which will make the dark coloring less noticeable. Revlon Skinlights Illuminating Wand is a good one for this. BeneFit Lyin' Eyes is another good one, and the gold standard is Cle de Peau Beaute, although it's pretty pricey.

I'm not sure what your price range is or where you're from, sooo.. assuming you are from the US: From drugstores, Sonia Kashuk has a nice undereye concealer / brightening pencil for around $7.99 and there is a concealer palette of the four different shades (you know, the typical four shades? I don't know how to explain, lol) for about $10.99, there's great reviews on that palette and it worked great for me. Loreal's concealer has always worked great for me, too. MAC's studio sculpt is works well too, it's on the pricier side.

If the area under your eye is sunk in and not bagging, try putting the concealer just in the crease where the sunken in area meets the cheek and then blend it a little with a cotton swab. If you put concealer on the whole area it looks too obvious.

dark circles are caused by a concentration of veins showing through under the thin under-eye skin.
use a yellow-based concealer to cancel out the blue hue.

I have the same problem. Get a dark circle cream to use on your eyes at night, get plenty of rest, and use a concealer close to your skin color.

Use a concealer or highlighting pen. I love Mary Kay's yellow concealer for covering black under eye area.
you can order on-line, shipping is free.

Use a good concealor. I would recommend Invisible Touch Concealor from Mark. It comes in a cute, white, mirrored compact, five shades so you find your perfect color, and goes on smoothly and indectectably.
