I use Nivea for Men products, you could put it into a liquid soap dispenser or old liquid soap bottle to try to fool him, dont think it will get rid of the blackheads, you will have to use a special blackhead product, i recommend Neutrogena products

I also think Nivea is great, but you said you want to fool him into thinking it's regular soap so the Nivea won't work.
I say get a regular hand soap pump bottle (ie - Jergens) but fill it with liquid Neutrogena face wash. The Neutrogena is just plain honey colored and he'll never know.

my b/f also likes the Nivea products, there is a facial wash gel that feels like soap but without the drying effects, sometimes men feel a bit silly using things like this but tell him that any man who cares about himself in any way would use a product designed especially for men and get the problem sorted! As the product is a gel wash it feels less girly!
