So, I am not the only one??? I,too, share in your pain. I have had two c-sections and I did not focus on tightening up my tummy muscles and I now hate my stomach. I also feel like the only solution is surgery, but I know with working out it will help, but who has time for that kind of workout regimin with kids? I have a vertical cut and a horizontal cut so I have double the issues. If I gain a little bit of weight my scars look tight and I fell disgusting. I know what needs to be done to help it, but I am just not motivated to do it right now. Crunches will help, but you will not get the best results unless you do cardio to eliminate the excess fat from your abdomen. I used to work at gyms and I know exactly what needs to be done, I just cannot seem to practice what I preach...
Do at least 30 minutes of cardio per day. Walk, ride a bike, do anything to elavate your heart rate for at least 30 minutes. Then do sit ups and crunches and do them in sets. Do like 5 sets of 20, waiting a minute or so between sets. If you join a gym or have access to a flat surface off of the ground high enough so you can lay on your tummy with your lower body on the flat surface and your upper body hanging off from about your hips up, you can do hyper extensions. You do these by lowering your upper body to a 90 degree angle and slowly raising it even with your lower body. It burns like crazy, but it is the best abdominal exercise and it helps bring in a nice waistline. I hope I explained it well. You can ask a trainer or maybe even look it up on the net. If you are more motivated than me then you should try those. Good luck.

I am 41 and hate to be givin you the bad news, but you know those women who have those big bellies that hang down to their knees like a big apron. Surely, you know they were not born with that thing. Its what happens to you after your have birthed a child. That skin stretches out then just hangs there and if you gain weight, thats where it goes. A big flap haning off your belly. Thats why we have tummy tucks. Make sure your child birthing days are over before you do that. It don't go away with exersize. It just hangs there.

The abdominals were cut for the c-section, so getting them back to pre-op condition is almost impossible. However, my wife added RELACORE to her diet, and noticed a dramatic reduction in belly-fat. This made her belly look almost as good as it looked before her prenancies.
Make sure you get the 90-count, 3 a day formula. Stores like Wal-Mart are selling a less potent, 110-count bottle; you have to take 6 a day.

Get your tummu tuck surgery in INdia if cost is a factor for you.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement/reduction/ tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance in USA or by the stinking NHS in UK
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got her cosmetic surgery for tummy tuck after c section and she is more than very happy with the results.SHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare companyfor the services they provided her.She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her.Excellent stay, food, best surgeons-she just couldnt stop talking.hope this helps.
