Sperm is present in a liquid called precum, which is a lubricator. If he is inside of you without any protection,you can get just as pregnant as if he ejaculates. Plus, you run a real risk of getting STD's Remember, when you have unprotected sex with someone,it's as if you have been with everyone they have ever slept with.

YES! Sperm are some of the best swimmers and can be active outside the body. If you use a condom, it will be less of a problem. Be smart and in control.

Yes he can.Even the wetness of his penis can get you pregnant because a little sperm can come out without him knowing.Bundle up and be safe.

Yeah, the "withdrawl" method is only about 15% effective, Use a condom, or take B.C. pills. Condoms are good, they should always be in your purse.

it's called pre-ejaculation. and the method is called "pull-out method" which is how my 2nd was conceived 4 months after having my 1st.
