Allergies (food, seasonal), not enough sleep, too much time in front of the computer, dirty and ill fitting contact lenses, mold, the reasons can be endless. I would keep track of when your eyes get swollen, only at certain times of the day or all the time, that might help narrow down some causes.

Allergies.......try some OPC-3, a super antioxident nutritional supplement. A friend of mine swears by the stuff for her allergies!
