I think we will have a hung Parliament, hence all the current fuss about Scottish MPs voting in the House of commons on English issues.

It depends so much on the pretty boy versus the grumpy scot that i'm not sure you can tell right now. Cameron is beginning to alienate some of his party faithful, and Brown is picking fights with his left wingers, like on the issue of a nuclear deterrent - so the election will be fought in the middle ground, which should just about favour the incumbent. With the economy seeming to adjust well to things like the recent flutters from the US, and the quietly deflated housing bubble, Cameron doesn't have that many huge election winning topics. The only gripe is the poor 'managerial' quality of new labour that might lose it for them - the Iraq war didnt seem to bother the electorate, but letting prisoners go did.

The question cannot be answered with a YES or NO.
It depends without question on how many informed voters turn out as opposed to ill-informed voters.
If you belong to the masses then you most probably swallow all the propaganda from all parties.
When politicians begin giving straight answers to direct questions, instead of launching into a party political broadcast we may then be in a position to decide rationally which party SHOULD win.
However, the Welfare benefits, support agencies, the NHS, crime and views on all aspects of immigration will be crucial issues.

There are too many people in the UK now dependent on high government spending for their income. (I would have said jobs but I include benefits in this).
They know they are likely to lose out under a Tory government.
It's not as certain as you might think at first.
But go on, make the bookies happy anyway.
