yep.

I have a Pentium III (3) 550 and I watch movies, - you just need to be aware of what your video card can do.

If you don't skank up your computer with virus checking and a bunch of crap that loads automatically at startup, - then the memory should be fine.

My Windows XP starts up with really nothing running, and eats up about 90 megs of memory. Plenty of more headroom, up to 256 !!

Mostly yes with some exceptions. Some websites, yes... some websites will require a 1.0GHz processor or better to run, I saw that once and I don't remember where it was. Movies, for watching, yes and music, yes. However, copying DVDs is another story, burning DVDs is another story. I'd get a larger hard drive and at least 512MB of memory (if not 1GB). But yeah, it should be good for MOST activities but NOT gaming, not by a long shot. Though you don't meet the requirements for iTunes video. I'm torn, for me this system wouldn't cut it at all so I would say no. If it does what you want then it's fine.

You need at least 3.2 GHZ , 1024 MB SDRAM ,160 GB HDD , 512 kbps unlimited Broadband and so on ....... for optimized performance...
which will cost you more than 1000 Yen.

Well if you have the money.........

It absolutely is enough processing power to do what you want. If at all possible you should increase the RAM to at least 512MB, you will be much happier with the performance.

Your OS should be Windows 2000. XP will probably be too memory intensive.

pentium 3 933mhz and 256ram is not a problem but to get more from that thing, u might want to upgrade atleast a 128mb of video card, that way video wont eat half of your ram.

You are good to go! But for better performance, invest in some more memory. Try getting another 256SDRAM so the system will handle it better off.

Yes its sufficient - although you may wont to upgrade the processor and/or ram at some point in the near future.
