The Italians have yet to allow a goal in this tournament. Cannavaro is the best defender without equal. Italy can score, defend and keep goal better than France. It is their time. Glory awaits them. Italy has come to the World Cup not just to win a Championship, but to restore honour to Italian soccer given the scandal of Calciopoli. The last time there was similar scandal in Italy was 1982 with Paolo Rossi. That year Italy won the World Cup. Move ahead to 2006...again scandal in Italy. The hero this time (apart from Buffon) has been Grosso. Coincidence? Portugal-Italy would have been a dream final. Nonetheless, the Azzurri will handle Les Bleus. Azzurri 2 France 0.

Who knows. But I have a feeling that France will win again.
Why? Because the Frenches were the most active on constructing the "harmonical, multi-racial society" of all the European states, and over %60 percent of the French soccer players at the worldcup have non-French parents. I bet their such effort would give the players big morale as "one France".
We will see the result.

No offence to allthe french but it has to be Italy. Ever since they beat my fav team, Germany, I just knew that they've got this new stradegy. I rly think it's gonna work for them. There was this fortune teller who predicted that brazil would win in the last fifa world cup... and they did. HSe predicted that Italy would win this time so... they'll probably win! But mind you... i still support germany 100% so i hope they win the match against portugal!
